Shipping policy
If the consignee receives an incorrect item due to a TurboFarmUSA error, consignee must inform the us within three (3) days of receipt of shipment. TurboFarmUSA will then issue a “Call Tag” to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.
