1958 Porsche Super Speedster For Sale
This is a 1958 Porsche Speedster VIN 84306 with a Super matching numbers engine #81489 (616/2). It was built on December 19th, 1957, but was sold and titled as a 1958.
I purchased the car, with a fresh high end restoration, in 2005. The previous owner purchased the car in 1968 with 90,000 miles on it, the odometer currently reads 21,000 and 121,000 is the correct original miles.
1963 Porsche TM Special
Built and raced in 1963 by Curtis Thews, owner of Thews Motors (TM) of South Bend Indiana. The car raced and won in SCCA F Modified class in Mid-West USA regional races.
Built on a DKW chassis from the Junior/F12 series with a Centaur fiberglass body kit. Powered by a Porsche 4 cam motor running on 2 cylinders (yes it’s true).
